SimpleVR

SimpleVR (formerly SocialVR) is a browser-based authoring tool designed for non-technical users and youth to create immersive stories. The SimpleVR platform uses drag and drop interactions to combine 360 photographs with user-generated annotations (audio recordings, still images, and text). Stories generated by SimpleVR are stored in the cloud, and shared using a URL or QR-Code. The stories can be viewed on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with or without a headset. SimpleVR was designed at ArtFab in the School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University.
